rEd sCaRe is a short essay film that draws on various horror genres. The film reveals the never-ending terrors of late-stage capitalism: a negative bank account, Supreme Court rollbacks, AI, and stolen land. It reclaims the Marxist specter not as a threat but as a liberatory force, while capitalism, is the real monster that creates its own undoing and negation.
